A {blank} grows in Fairbanks: and YOU get to decide what it is!

An art selection committee had been formed and tasked with designing and finding “new art to be located in the grassy area between Cushman and Barnette Streets, just north of the Chena River” in downtown Fairbanks, AK. The committee met for the first time today to begin discussions. Highlights:
